Sand Point Waterfront Addition
Seattle Waterfront Addition... Waterfront living is all about the view and this home had a kitchen tucked away in the middle of the house and the layout was just not working for our clients. They wanted to maximize the view and have a space that truly worked for them.
The project included relocating the kitchen to an addition, relocating the laundry room to the main level of the home, creating a spacious walk in pantry in place of the old kitchen, renovating/finishing the basement to include a full wine cellar & updated powder room. Most of the main floor of this home was down to studs and every space was customized to fit our client's needs. The architecture of the home is originally from the 30's, so maintaining the feel of the house while bringing it up to date was a high priority.
This project was over a year in the planning phase and 7 months of construction. It was finished April 1st and it turned out spectacular! Our clients are thrilled with the new space and we are excited to share some pics as well as before & after shots which are always fascinating.
Thank you Gail Monica Dent of Provanti Desgins for introducing us to this special client and designing a stunning project!
