Kenmore Master Bathroom
This bathroom was on the third floor of a condominium building built in the 90's. Our aging client wanted to update the space and personalize it to fit her needs. The drawers in the vanity were all falling apart, the vanity light was down to the last bulb, the shower was starting to fail and the corner tub was nothing more than a large clothes hamper.
She dreamed of a "pretty" bathroom that would be simple to maintain, have increased storage and would meet her needs for the next ten years or more. We decided to delete the soaking tub altogether and move the shower into the space so she could use every inch of the bathroom.
This space is also a good example of designing a beautiful, customized space in a tight budget. We combined a mix of value engineered choices to incorporate upgraded finishes such as tile, granite and oil rubbed bronze.
