Bellevue Bathroom Remodels

This 1960's home is located in the Wedgewood community of South Bellevue. Our clients had back to back bathrooms in need of an entire update. We remodeled both spaces and stayed within the original footprint of the rooms.

The master bath had a very small, cavelike shower enclosure at the end of the room. Though we did not make the footprint larger, we removed part of a return wall near the toilet and the header over the doorway. The old shower had a 24" opening. The wave drain in the shower was the inspiration for the vertical installation of the subway and glass tile creating somewhat of a water fall into the island pebble shower floor.

The second bathroom was the hall bath which held double duty with two teenage boys and used as a powder room for guests. Our task was to dress up the area with a more formal appeal for guests and a new shower for the boys. This bathroom is an excellent example of utilizing budget friendly, design centric materials.
